Conference fee

5.500 SEK (4.400 + 25% VAT) registration until 18 June 2010

6.125 SEK (4.900 + 25% VAT) registration after 18 June 2010

625 SEK (500 + 25% VAT) Companion ticket (Reception, Conference dinner, pre-registration, Excursion)

Please note that unfortunately the prices this year have to be charged including VAT.

Student support

A limited number of student grants are available to support student participation in FEL 2010. These grants will cover the cost of the registration fee. To be considered for financial support a letter of recomendation from the student's advisor must be received no later than May 15, 2010.

Information about payment procedures

Payment and Confirmation
All payment (registration fee, accommodation and social event) has to be made in advance in Swedish kronor (SEK) when register. When register online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email.

Payment can be made by banktransfer or by credit cards (MasterCard, Eurocard, VISA or American Express)

The event is being organised by SKD Euroconf AB/Congrex Sweden www.congrex.com. To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment gateway).
