The Free Electron Laser conference is the annual event for the FEL community to present and discuss progress and new ideas on the physics and technology of free electron lasers.

The conference series is focused on the scientific, technological, and user aspects of free electron lasers. The number of funded FEL projects is growing. Specifically, there are several FEL projects under construction worldwide: XFEL in Germany, LCLS in the USA, SCSS in Japan, FERMI@Elettra in Italy, and SPARC in Italy. In addition there are many more FEL project proposals under serious consideration such as NLS in the UK. In addition to scientists and project managers involved in the various FEL projects, leading technology and service vendors are invited to present themselves and their products to the community.

Representatives of your company are encouraged to participate in the conference. There will be many opportunities to discuss technical issues with the participants. In addition to that, the industrial exhibition will form a key ingredient of the conference.

Vendors information

We invite you to participate in the industrial exhibition of FEL2010, which will be held at the Hilton Malmö City hotel in the heart of Malmö city centre, from the 23rd to the 25th August 2010. This is also the venue for the 32nd International Free Electron Laser Conference 2010 will take place. There will be many opportunities to make personal contacts throughout the conference and promote your business.

The exhibition will be housed in the foyers on the conference level where all of the coffee breaks will be served to ensure you have the maximum opportunity to mix with the conference delegates. The proposed floor plan is shown here in a pdf file:

All the talks will be held in hall "svansjön".

Note: the organisers reserve the right to change the layout of the exhibition at any time; therefore the plan above is subject to alteration.

Exhibition space

On receipt of your registration we will reserve exhibition space for your company; this will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

• An area of 6 sqm (3mX2m), including a table, two chairs and a power supply.
• All exhibitors must bring their own equipment.
• Furthermore, you will receive two badges for two named exhibitors. These badges carry the same privileges as the badges for the conference delegates and allow access to all talks, coffee breaks, the reception, the banquet, and the excursion to MAX-lab Laboratory in Lund.

Note that additional company staff wishing to attend the conference should register as an ordinary delegate

• For a fee of 500 Euro excl Swedish VAT your company can have an unmanned display of literature at the conference.
• For a fee of 250 Euro excl Swedish VAT your company can have literature in every delegate's bag (maximum 30 pages).

Logos on Website

All exhibitors will have their company name and logos added to the official FEL2010 website.

Exhibition Stand

The exhibition stands are 6 sqm (3mX2m). Please note that the venue is limited on storage for packaging and other items not being used during the exhibition.
